Following on from a horror profit estimate, Samsung have vowed to cut computer chip production for the rest of 2023.
Samsung, has been reported from Korea as saying that operating profits have fallen to 600 billion won in January-March, from 14 trillion won the previous year.
The firm’s shares did not fall decision to slow chip-making.
“We are lowering the production of memory chips by a meaningful level, especially that of products with supply secured,” the South Korean tech giant was reported to have said.
